How long does it take to process & ship?

We start processing orders every 24 hours.

Our decks are made to order. So when we get an order, we print it up, box it, and then ship. The printing & packaging process takes 2-3 business days. It can take longer if we have a large queue of orders or during a rush like the holiday season. Shipping normally takes 2-3 business days depending on where you're located. Once shipped you will be provided with tracking info

My order has been shipped, why don’t I see tracking info?

It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system.

ORDERS & RETURNS

My product came damaged, what do I do?
Our products are packaged to prevent damage. But in the rare case a package is delivered damage, contact us immediately for a replacement. Email us at ActVerbInfo@gmail.com. Include a photo also. We will send you a return shipping label and send you out a new package as soon as possible. 

Can I return or exchange my physical order?
ALL physical sales are final.

Can I return or exchange my digital order?
ALL digital sales are final.

What if my order was returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.
